Eatmarna Business 2.4

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah strives to enhance the services offered to pilgrims by overseeing the services provided by Umrah companies, which contributes to safeguarding the rights of pilgrims.

For this reason, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah introduced the "Eatmarna Business" application designed for Umrah companies to facilitate the following:

• Registration of pilgrims' check-in and check-out movements at hotels
• Management and review of Eatmarna bookings for Umrah permits during the COVID-19 pandemic
• Appointment of health supervisors for Eatmarna Umrah reservations
